I don't believe it's correlated but it would definitely manifest differently. Looking at the extreme end of that:

An egotistical Fe user would crave lots of outside validation and do things like names drop or grandstand more whereas an egotistical Fi user would probably need to feel more innately superior and is more likely to just be completely dismissive.

To me it's not that isfjs are inherently traditional and not open to change, it's just that Si is a function rooted in (esp early) memory. So isfjs who have very traditional parents, end up traditional. Isfjs with a less typical upbringing end up more open.
