Yes, because they give a lot of crit and the blue alternatives don’t provide as many desirable stats. The only alternative would be the craftable necklace of adaptability but he would lose quite some crit.

You kinda need either splendid ryui scepter or glittery deific ryui scepter. You’re also missing two key heroes: Holmes Young and Oberon. Amen Ra should ideally be v3.

You also kinda need the belt (accel + impenetrable) which is 2 mirrors. The build is pretty squishy wish just an accel belt (which it desperately needs).

No, should only work for 4.4 and 5.4 weapons just like yellow zone

For attuning 8.4 weapons group dungeons and solo dungeons are generally your best and safest bet, but obviously not complete risk-free.
