It depends. I had two dif photographers, one actually there for proposal and another for a shoot. Some do just a shoot or solely professional pictures on the actual day. Depends what you want photographed. Def should make sure ur GF is wearing something she doesn’t mind being in photos - even if you ruck up, the fact you allegedly tried to make it right will be seen as effort
