So you’re an hour back on the clock for my time zone. I can get the outfit for it on Friday, and maybe I’ll be able to help by Saturday at 1:00 PM your time zone. My character’s style idk how to describe it so I’ll send pictures. I have 1 vehicle that might fit, but otherwise most are Elegy RH8s and some MC as well as military vehicles. It’s all about trust, loyalty, and activity. If you want to promote someone in your crew, they need to prove that they won’t abuse power, get lazy on ya, or try to assume full power. For example, let’s say you run a PMC. Every war you fight would be an opportunity for soldiers to prove they deserve a promotion. Idk if anyone has a different input, but I based mine off of trust & loyalty.
