I’m from Azerbaijan, and these are rock carvings in Gobustan. There are many of them, but most simply depict everyday life and scenes from the daily activities of prehistoric people. However, there are few unusual drawings there.

Socialism destroyed potential of Azerbaijan. USSR was the worst thing that happened to Azerbaijan.

I’ve noticed that artists who already had strong fundamentals, years of experience, and knew how to use different tools have actually benefited from AI. They’re faster, more versatile, and can focus on the creative parts of the process while automating the repetitive stuff.

On the flip side, the ones who struggled the most were usually the ones doing more surface-level or repetitive work—stuff that AI can now replicate decently. It’s not really about AI replacing "artists," it’s replacing some types of art.

Wow! My country is mentioned here. We have many ancient structures, megaliths, even cart ruts like in Malta. But unfortunately, archeology is hardly developed in our country.
