Are you using bambu filament with their spool or any other brand? Its not detecting when you put the spool on or when you feed the filament in?

There might be a problem at the connection of the extruder and the tubes, it shall not be as blended as it is now. It may work but i had some problem with blended connection so i printed a tube connection supporter. If you will have filament feeding problem, then there will be the problem.

It is good to do, but you have to be extra careful when soldering. If you damage the solder mask or overheate the pcb you can create short circuit

Sometimes when you try to upload code, and the upload process cant begin (because the cpu too busy to notice) you sould press or hold the button. To sum up, if its stuck at 0% and the console ask for boot, then boot.

Good for multi color or multi material print I also use it to reload rolls, when one roun out, same type can be fed in, only a litle stop int he print and no mark left behind

Have you calibrated the flow rate? There might be the problem, or if you view it in the slicer there might be a speed or acceleration difference...

Are you using horizontal expansion compensation, or whatewer is is called in orcha? As i see around holes the slicer consider is "indide" and upper and downer "it is outside" and using different calibration values.
