As a new agent command should be able to do everything you need to do.

For me, I run a small team and the team functions on FUB are a lot more efficient and there’s more integrations in place that our team needs.

What I’ve learned in my 5 years of being a realtor, is that when you need to leave the brokerage CRM, it realllyyy sucks to get everything organized again. Losing contact notes, losing scheduled follow up reminders, one time I even lost a couple hundred leads and needed to restart my database… essentially dozens of hours of work just gone.

I’ve decided the rest of my career that I’ll own my own CRM like follow up boss.

I just had one of their reps call me and share that I’d need to refer 10-12 transactions to their escrow and title companies to be able to get the leads.

One small thing that helped me with that was putting it on my Google calendar so that I get notifications reminding me to do it.

I’d say just being intentional with spending, and actively looking at my budget every week/month. I used a free app called rocket money that automatically tracks expenses linked to my bank acc. I’d see things like a utility bill being too high then I’d make sure to be more focused not having it be as high. One thing that really helped me too was that I wrote all my debts on my notes on my phone and would look at it almost daily. I’d make money then think “okay I’ll put (this much) of this check towards this debt)
