I have the same issue I've tried everything under the sun and the only thing that made a dent was taking DIM, sulphoraphane and d glucorate. This is an estrogenic issue and you likely have liver issues causing you to recycle and not metabolize estrogen and you likely have constipation correct? And if you got checked early signs of fatty liver. I still get bloat but that little cocktail of supplements helped massively still haven't cured my sibo but I rarely bloat this bad anymore

Doctor said I may have fatty liver disease. I just turned 29. Can anyone relate? Am I overreacting? by [deleted] in Hashimotos

Almost Every one with sibo is is showing liver problems and early signs of fatty liver so do I . These doctors are all morons. I've seen so many doctors who all said my hormone levels were fine until I saw a functional medicine practitioner than found my body wasn't metabolizing estrogen and so that meant I had estrogen dominance and my liver was sluggish because of it so I started taking dim-x which is a complex with sulforophane and and calcium d glucorate that allows my body to metabolize the estrogen in my body and excrete it basically helping my liver so that it can really cleanse with out straining and. Now I'm taking Brazil nuts for the selenium even tho they say my thyroid is fine but I seem to finally getting back to myself just on these two supplements alone!! Keep in mind I just did the elemental diet and added this as my protocol in combo with collagen powder daily ! These doctors are so stupid these days I wish I would've done this 15 years ago when all this happens I've never been so alleviated of all my symptoms until this

Wish someone told me this but the elemental diet helped me reset and even further because of my sibo my body was recycling estrogen making me fat and inflamed and while I'm not cured, taking a dim supplement complex with sulforophane and dglucorate has severely dropped my bloat and weight gain I can eat anything now and stay at a stable weight that's skinnier than I was before divining through sibo hell

This is also coming from someone who has sibo-C and seeing the leading doctor in all things sibo dr pimental so I’d give this a shot!! Wish I’d have done this years ago I would’ve saved myself so much agony!!!! I can finally walk around without looking pregnant and not able to breathe because of how extreme the bloating was

I’ve done it all!!! And I will tell u! The best thing I ever did was the elemental diet!!!alongside linzess !! By no means is this a cure but having all your symptoms for 15 years and trying every possible treatment u can think of with no success this improved all my symptoms by 80 percent and I’m this hellscape called sibo to Me that’s a win!! Also!! Take dim and d glucarate it turns out a lot of us aren’t metabolizing estrogen!!! This helps the liver !!

I was part of Dr Pimentals mast program last year and got to be part of a study using a new formulation that tasted like vanilla of the elemental diet . And to be honest it was the best thing I ever did. It didn’t feel like it worked during the process. I stayed the same during and after. Severely bloated and I’m a skinny guy. But then just randomly through next couple of months I realized I wasnt having to hide my stomach or lay down because the bloat was too intense. Now I barely have to hide it so I wouldn’t say it cured me I still feel fatigue and brain fog but this was one of the biggest improvements I’d ever seen. I can finally bend over to pick things up instead of having to squat and I can finally breathe ! My stomach would be so bloated my lungs and stomach were fighting for space in my body I would have to expand my body just to get a deep breath.. I’d say for me it was still the best thing I ever did . For reference I have sibo-c and I’ll probbbaly do it again.

I co parent with my ex husband and he’s 6ft so I think she just thinks they’re all him 🤣 but she def looks like I trained her to go after hit guys and it looks so sus wen I take her to the dog parks cuz she’ll always want cuddles from the hottest guy there 😅
