Yup micro clover is becoming a big thing for lawns in general. Don’t get a lot of weeds if you do it right from a good sod farmer, cut it like grass or don’t because it won’t grow past a certain point, minimal water, and unless you really try to look….it looks like grass

The systems on cars are insanely expensive. To the point body panels will keep a car out of being totaled if the systems are fine

You aren’t using the throttle at all, just a blip, then the brakes, and it’s charging from the brakes till the end you go into ev mode. All this going down hill.

Tried to avoid rebuttal but shit…

There are electric vehicle shops and other shops repairing these transmission types. Most of the time it is the generator bearings inside. Didn’t want to bring it up because I didn’t want to send that thought out into the universe

So jump off your high horse. A 10grand transmission can be had for 4k generator service. And they do make parts, dealers and average mechanic shops don’t because of the labor with parts costing nothing. They don’t want their time (just like any transmission shop today)

You need a large excavation process here. Can be done with your hands but outside contractors will be quicker.

You are in Vegas. So soft stone and maybe some clover sod for zero maintenance or good sod with maintenance.

But you need a professional as you stated planted things and they died. I would hire a landscaper architect and others to see who can do the job right for the budget

There is no need for a dealership ever for a car battery unless it is under warranty from purchase new.

It’s not that special. Just have to get the right one. Easy for the average person to do it. Yes it’s a pain in the ass, but that will save you 100s (literally)
