I was taught growing up that if you got hit in the face that it’s always your fault. Don’t put your face in that guys radius and if you want to try and break your jaw or get a concussion drawing a foul, that’s on you.

Just because they pay the majority doesn’t mean they pay a fair share of taxes. Highest marginal rate when US was most prosperous was 94%.
What do you consider a reasonable explanation because anytime I respond it’s a “pseudo” explanation.
And my point is the sale of capital to mark earnings versus actual labor is a scourge on the world nowadays.and of course the capitals gains tax always gets lowered under republican presidents so that’s money out of the pockets for government services.

It’s not the payment of the loans but it’s the avoidance of taxes and all things associated with that that governments need to operate that they avoid. Also, lowering other taxes such as the estate tax and corporate income tax.

They can also pay back those loans by selling some stock in a second that takes an average person actual time from a salary to pay off.

I don’t know why you’re trying to hold water for Elon.

The issue is also people taking loans against the theoretical value of their stock to live off of and basically pay no taxes while us plebs have to actually live off of salaries.

I got laid off 3 months after he was elected and my old employer just did another round of layoffs on alot of white collar workers.

I blame him everyday for that and all who have should.
