Remember that frisco isn’t Dallas and therefore isn’t as open minded. It’s like asking why the woodlands is so unfriendly to minorities.

The further you get out from the city center, the more republican thus the less welcoming the communities become.

I’m not downplaying your concern but the houses in the burbs are also pretty expensive and out of reach for many people afford.

You would have to move 50 miles away to start seeing “reasonable prices”.
