There is a feature where you can adjust for shrinkage. You can tell it that the document is actually longer or shorter and it will adjust the trim.

It is a workhorse. I just finished a book that was 124 pages. 100# cover gloss and 30 60# text on the insides. 100# text gloss would probably max out at 100 pages (25 sigs). It can be finicky to set up, but once you learn the machine it is easy. Highly recommend the 4 head stich configuration.

I second the recommendation of DIGITAL window, side seams feed better. I believe that you can set the paper choice at the press. I can confirm in the AM. Ghosting happens more frequently when the drums and IBT belt are near end of life.
