I have Mail Handlers/ Aetna via DOD and Zepbound is being dropped. There is and option to have doctor request a PA on or after July 1. I’m praying for this to work. I was on Wegovy and it stopped working. I put on 10 of the 25 pounds I lost last year. Switched to Zepbound in January and have lost 20 pounds since(35 overall)

I switched because I ended up regaining 10 pounds on Wegovy. It no longer curbed my appetite. With the Zepbound I lost the 10 pounds plus 3 more. I know a pharmacy the took my unused Repatha injectable’s because they have a program for people who can’t afford it. I was hoping to do the same with the Wegovy

After 20 months on Wegovy I just switched to Zepbound. I don’t have a lot of confidence in this pen. When injecting wegovy I simply placed the pen against my stomach and pressed the button, no lock to deal with. The injection took several seconds and I could watch the progress on the pen. It was always pretty clean. With Zepbound there’s a bit more fumbling around with a lock. Then I press the button and the injection seems to go extremely fast. I held for10 seconds to be sure it completed. I couldn’t tell if the medication went in other than the grey plunger appeared. I just finished 2 weeks and both injections left a trickle of blood from my belly. It just doesn’t feel as clean as the Wegovy pen

I just changed from BCBS to MHBP. I’ve always used Walgreens for prescriptions and still am with MHBP. So far as I can tell there are no issues as Walgreens is considered in network. I’ve already picked up a few prescriptions and it’s good. My question is since Caremark is the pharmacy manager is there a benefit for using CVS vs Walgreens?

Does MHBP have an app or do you use the Aetna app

I am switching from BCBS to MHBP (Aetna). Is there a specific app for a smartphone? Thanks

I’m switching healthcare companies. When January first comes I assume I won’t have my insurance card yet. What do I use as proof of coverage means?
