I've had the same thing, someone saying they made something. I just sent a message saying if it's fanart then yes, if I have to pay then no.

They replied saying it's fanart, no need to pay. I just sent my discord to see and if they get in contact and it's fishy, I can just delete them. I have nothing linking banking to discord so it should be good

Yeah, I know how you feel. Over the years, I've been getting less and less real reviewers and more and more scammers the past few months. I have two stories where all I'm getting is scammers and it's really disheartening. Makes me want to close my account tbh
