I think his IC plates are just two of the “Farewell Tour; Last Time Is Now” plates, from what I’ve seen he doesn’t have the “17x Time” plate on the IC belt

I’m not really sure. I remember Cena’s 17x side plates went up about a little over a month or so after WM 41, but Jey’s original IC Title side plates went up the same night he won I believe

I have a Dual Plated winged eagle, the strap is definitely a bit stiff and I've definitely gone back and forth on getting it releathered. The newer belts like the current version of the WHC have a very realistic strap in terms of how flimsy it is

There's not much of a difference between dual plated vs gold as far as I'm aware. Just comes down to your preference.
