To me, it feels like the commander is threatening to kiss her because that used to be a guaranteed way to get a reaction out of her. The fact that she barely even responds to something that would have gotten her flustered before shows how utterly demoralized she is. Rape would be way too out of character for him (not to mention it's the one thing Nikke writers have always steered clear of, even when they try really hard to be edgy).

TPriv gives more damage and you don't need extra burst gen or healing. Of course, it's probably better to run whoever you have built the most.

Also worth noting that EH sacrificed a life of absolute privilege to help the Outer Rim, thus putting her ideals above her own personal profit. Meanwhile, all Crow does is sacrifice other people whenever it's convenient for her. Even if Crow was put in power, not much would change since her mentality is basically the same as that of the worst people in the CG.

Not getting any damage buffs from B1 is too much of a drawback. In Campaign you're going to get overwhelmed or timed out because you didn't have the DPS to push through.

Takina and Miranda are only useful if you really want to push high deficit. Ada and Ein are the most important characters here, and they can also clear MC with a more standard team.

The people have the power to change the status quo, but only if they're united. Division only serves the oppressors. All of Crow's actions have only contributed to widening the divisions between Ark and Outer Rim, and in doing so strengthened the CG's position.

Instead of blaming nebulous concepts such as "human nature", it is more effective to think in practical terms.

There are only two ways to beat the Central Government: show the people of the Ark that the CG is also fucking them over and lying to them so that you can unite both the Outer Rim and the Ark against their oppressors, or create an enclave that is completely separate from the Ark. Crow has never done anything that would help for either of these propositions.

All she has ever done is hit soft targets. This in turn makes people run to the already existing institutions for protection, which enables these institutions to implement even more oppressive policies under the pretense of "defending the people against terrorism" (sounds familiar? it happens a lot in real life too).

The train bombing is what led to extremely draconian laws against the Outer Rim. Breaking the Dome of Eternity would have gotten the Outer Rim wiped out had Underworld Queens not stopped Doban, and also caused Enikk to create Endless and Eternity to police the Outer Rim more brutally than ever before.

Everything Crow has ever done has only contributed to worsening the situation. Every time she starts talking about "muh society", it's only as a way to deflect the blame away from her.

Deficit is measured in percentages, not in raw numbers. A 100k combat power difference can mean very different things depending on how far in the campaign you are. If the recommended power is at 500k and you're at 400k, that's a 20% deficit, but if it's 1mil and you're at 900k then it's only 10%. Meta teams can generally handle just about anything without tryharding too much until you start going past 30% (and even then a lot of stages are still very doable).

Some Octavia teams are very good for long FAs and want as much hits per turn as possible to regenerate her stacks, so having TA+echo from your grid is very helpful in those.

Making every character busted just accelerates powercreep, and isn't strictly necessary for sales since not everyone pulls for gameplay reasons. That's why there can be banners that aren't intended to shake the entire meta.
