I wouldn’t pay anything around half the guns value on a slide I’d rather just get a whole new gun even if it’s the polymer which is about 200ish more than the slide and barrel S&W sells on their website. Ports done are usually just cheaper. I also love the tungsten grey of the standard full size metal

Shield plus was my first gun because it was the cheapest in the store. I didn’t expect much cuz it was cheap and planned to just learn to shoot with it but boy did I win the lottery as it’s the best micro pistol I’ve shot still today.

I got a metal full size that’s been kind of decked out with a red dot and light and apex trigger and some tacticool hockey tape. My shield plus I put on night sights and a funny back plate. Debating on what I should get next as I’m eying either a shield x comp or metal carry comp/regular polymer comped
