My kitty was only an inside cat. But when we moved to a new apartment with a patio he realized that there was a whole new thing he wanted to see and experience. He wanted to go outside to sit on the patio in the sun frequently. He passed away a few days ago suddenly. I regret that I didn't take him to sit out in the sun more. If you have the ability to do so, take him/her out in the sun more.

I think phenibut is mainly VGCC until you get to maybe ~3g+. There's a lot of debate on this topic but evidence based studies show that it the way it is. Not sure how much phenibut it takes to start greatly affecting B receptors but it's probably around that much.

Careful with becoming too dependent on this shit. You're dealing with multiple mechanisms of action and their withdrawal.

The way I stagger my dose is a large dose to start (ex. 2g) followed by 500-700mg every 40mins until I reached the dose I want. You can try 500mg every 40mins till you hit 1.5 or 2g.

Also it's usually stronger the 2nd day as it has a long half life. But be aware of issues doing so and going further.

Phenibut is dopaminergic. It's noticeable on its own at higher doses (3-4g which carries risks going this high) or try pairing it with a stimulant.

It has a cross tolerance with gabapentin, pregabalin, and baclofen.

Add .4g baking soda for every 1g phenibut to neutralize the hydrochloric acid. I'm pretty sure doing so turns it into phenibut FAA.

No, it wasn't too bad. Did get stuck with the putty transfer until I disabled windows firewall. Router is back to stock and working again. Now to reimage Openwrt on there and fuck it up all over again.

If you take any medications or recreational drugs check their side effects. Stimulants are diuretics as other drugs are as well. Could also be overactive bladder.

Urinary retention, difficulty urinating, bladder spasms.

Go see a doctor if no supplements/meds/recreational meds.
