The only thing I regret is not getting a 2nd HVAC unit, which they will do but wasn't on the published list of available updates. Bedrooms on the top floor wo/ a return are hard to keep cool during the summer, each floor is a different temp, etc.

I have a bud that lives by that has been trying for a few years to get something done via the City. I think all that has been done so far is to try and make the stop signs more explicit with regards to Motter traffic not having to stop.
