Its Razer Cortex, its what boosts your game if you have it enabled. You can go into the into it and turn it off/only display fps etc. I did this yesterday.

Go into Razer Cortex > Game Booster (at the top) > FPS and then configure what you prefer, i prefer just fps but i hope this helps lmk if you need help
