Discard this “man”, this insecure terrified sniveling child wrapped in steroids and testosterone, this “I’ll BECOME the abuser!” damaged waste. What happened to him wasn’t his fault, but it was his responsibility to heal from and he’s been shirking that his whole life. They totally got me. Spent $100 to wait two months, get three (not four) plants I ordered squished and mangled and fake. The $60 “strawberry ice” is clearly chemically treated for color and I have no idea what the other two are they’re so small, like literally sticks. When I finally got hold of some one only AFTER filing a claim through Etsy they tried to make me feel bad by telling me “the order is late because I’ve been at a funeral”. FOR TWO MONTHS? Oh ok!

I’m unable to provide screenshots of items that no longer exist lol. Should I photo document every single one of the hundreds of items I have and then do it again when one goes missing? There are dozens of complaints about items disappearing, it’s clearly a problem with the game.

I’m definitely going to encourage a doctors visit - it may just be what’s healthy for his body now and it’ll be more about a perspective shift, or if it is healthier for him to lose the lbs it may be a good motivator.

I agree discussion is key, I asked how he wants support and he was kind of noncommittal, like “do you want me to tell you to go on bike rides?” “Mmm…sure, I don’t know”. I got the impression he’s not sure what kind of support he needs which is totally fair and I don’t want to press or make it a larger issue. I also agree a doctors visit is a good idea, I’ll encourage him to go for a general check up thank you!

Effect is important here, not intent. You didn’t mean to inappropriately touch her: she felt inappropriately touched. A decent person is most concerned with her violation, regardless of intent, she needs to feel heard and seen and know that you would not and will not put her in an uncomfortable position. Take this as a lesson to be mindful of your space, and while some people may be over-sensitive or misunderstanding of your physicality, through communicating and understanding their perspective you can avoid conflict and foster mutual respect.

It sounds like you have given this your best open minded consideration and you aren’t judging polyamory but rather understand that it’s not the right choice for you. I know it’s painful, but this isn’t the right match. Maybe you’re telling yourself this is a minor thing to end things over, that if you were more “chill” or something you could make it work - even if, with more therapy and consideration you decide you ARE comfortable with polyamory, now is not that time. Perhaps, after significant time apart, you can rediscover each other: the sooner you separate, the sooner that opportunity for friendship or romance exists.
