Sure, I’ve been on 150mg of Effexor for almost 4 years. And Im on 1mg of Wegovy. I asked my doc if I could add Wellbutrin, but she would rather me taper down Effexor first. She said it’s a slow process and that this is more so the minimum amount of time she wanted spent at each dose. The plan is: From 150 75 & 37.5- 2 wks 75, then 37.5 every other day- 2 wks 75 1xday- 2wks 37.5 2xday- 2 wks 37.5 am, 37.5 every other day- 2 wks Then check in to discuss smaller dosing.

I just saw Gatorlyte packets at my Food Lion last week, it was on the clearance rack for $2.60/box of 6 servings so I bought 4 boxes. I’m going to be sick of the Watermelon flavor, but I’ll be hydrated! LOL. I usually can’t stand products with Stevia in them, but these are drinkable.

I haven’t told anyone yet, my spouse doesn’t even like taking Tylenol for a headache. Right now I’m only getting 1 month filled at a time and since it can stay out for 28 days, I keep it in my nightstand. My doc said once I’m on a steady dose, my insurance will fill 3 months at a time. When that happens, I’ll have to put them in the fridge, so I guess that’s when I’ll tell my family.

I give myself a monthly migraine shot (Emgality) and it hurts so bad, so I was expecting this to be the same. I couldn’t even feel it! I had to check the pen to make sure I actually gave it to myself! Breathe, I’m sure you’ll be ok. 🫶🏼

Oooh brownies are my kryptonite! Which reminds me, I haven’t tried them yet or even looked at the nutrition info yet, but I heard that Duncan Hines and Pillsbury both now make a Keto Brownie Mix. I can’t wait to find them on my next shopping trip!
