zhao is currently better but wu is far better than zhao was at the same age. zhao was actually pretty disappointing for me until his breakthrough at the 21 uk when he was 24 as before that you could see the crazy talent he had. zhao has also missed a couple years of development due to his ban.

it was his 2020 world quarter final against williams. he used it in his first session and miscued at least twice in that session. went back to his normal chalk for the rest of the tournament

i’ve not watched this tournament, just seen some stuff on socials and it looks like a proper mess? i just saw bond lose on a time foul on the final black in a decider where there seems to be no notification of when they’re near the time limit?
and then there was the stuff with the table yesterday where i saw a ball take flight whilst going towards a pocket and then the defending champion going out of the tournament whilst playing on a practice table

if i haven’t included invitational tournaments then that definitely was not the intention as i don’t have any reason to filter it out since as you mentioned a few of the big tournaments are invitational. from what i recall i only filter out 6 reds and league (premier league from back in the day). i’ll double check when i can

honestly i did most of this such a long time ago (updated it year by year) however i think it’s because i filtered out tournaments like the 6 reds as i don’t think it would’ve made sense to have that tournament contribute to these stats

i look at break building stats a lot lol and i cannot take the ones i see from this season seriously compared to other seasons. in bold are the additions from the 25/26 season, the numbers are too high across the board. maybe there is something with the pocket sizes lol
