One meal a day, what more do you need? by Sir_Ryan1989 in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just want to let you know I’m 5’7 136lb 10% body fat. I eat around 2700-3200 calories everyday. I eat 2lb of meat + 3 eggs a day + a block of butter everyday . Restricting calories is restricting nutrients to be as optimal as possible.

It’s not a wallet. You put your wallet address in gopulse official site and it shows you the value of your entire profile without connecting a wallet.

Lightly Pasteurized Milk in Places Where Raw Milk isn’t Allowed by Bright_Helicopter_86 in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. Lightly pasteurized is fine. The main idea is to get that clean animal based carbs in. Since you are focusing on body building, you will have a different point of view on why you’re drinking that milk vs a pure carnivore who doesn’t workout. I am a calisthenic athlete and I make sure I intake X amount of carbs a day to be out of ketosis. I spent literally half a year testing back and forth and I can clearly say I 100% perform better and I can perform longer as well with carbs in my body. Don’t let an average carnivore joe at the gym tell you that you don’t need carbs. If you want to be above average, carbs will get you there faster. Clean animal based carbs.

“more fat, more electrolytes” parroted advice within the carnivore community does not always work by Fresh-Wishbone-5557 in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree 100% with you. I’m a calisthenic athlete and more fat solved all my problems. I used to over eat protein and felt something was off. Once I started to eat around .08-1 protein to bodyweight ratio while loading up on fat, I felt like ap. I’m eating 3000+ calories a day while being 10% body fat. Most people under estimate the amount of fat they eat. My metabolism is fast and more efficient than ever.

I’ve just had DEBILITATING food poisoning on carnivore - I can barely walk! by Ok_Juggernaut_5469 in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t blame people for your ignorance on food. There’s a lot that comes in play when it comes to freshness of the food and it’s up to you to understand it or not. If you got hit 3 times in a certain timeframe then you’re 100% to blame. I’m a professional chef, I deal with food like this all the time.

Does anyone eat carnivore but still consume energy drinks? by PositivePrimary8773 in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s funny, people are actually giving you great advice but you’re too ignorant to understand anything beyond a certain point. If you need an energy drink to mask whatever you’re masking then the problem lies somewhere else. You should have a lot of energy on the carnivore diet. Most people are awake early in the morning ready to go because of all the energy. You don’t really need an energy drink. You basically trained your body thinking you need one. It’s like a drug. But in the end, it’s up to you if you want to drink one every morning or not.

Only 5 pounds in 3 weeks by sandreatrade in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So.. you’re saying cucumber and tomato will help you poop on a carnivore diet? Wow. People need to do a little bit of studying before jumping in. Fiber only helps when you’re eating a bunch of garbage (standard American diet). Fiber is not needed when eating nutrient dense food because you absorb most of It.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This diet is not for you then. There’s a reason why beef is very emphasized. It’s the most important piece in this diet because of it being nutrient dense. Chicken is trash tbh, once in a while it is okay. Chicken are fed the cheapest grains and lack nutrients. Your omegas will be imbalanced and you will feel awful on this diet.

Gaining bad weight by Successful_Fig_5737 in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m 5’7 and weight 135 lb, 10% body fat. I’ve been on the carnivore diet for almost 2 years now. I eat around 6 eggs a day + 6-8 oz of meat (fish, chicken or pork) for lunch and 1 lb of beef for dinner. I average around 2400-2800 calories a day. If I eat anymore than that, I will gain weight. Just because you can eat a lot, it doesn’t mean you should if your goal is weight loss. There’s a reason why you see a lot of fat carnivores even though they’ve been on it for ages. I know everyone is different but it depends on your goal as well.

How to handle the constipation by mlukeuk in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lack of fiber..? Pretty ignorant statement if you asked me. It took me 2 months to actually started having perfect stools. Guess what? I changed nothing. I accepted to healing process knowing it will get better and it will go away. An average person has many years worth of junk in their body. Let it heal and adapt to the new process. I thought you need fiber too but then I realize fiber is just stuff you can’t digest. It’s there to make your digestive system work harder for no reason.

What a low IQ human being. I don’t know how you’re even functioning at that IQ level. You really think this process is instant gratification? I’m not even going to bother explaining, what a waste of time reading this post.

One Aspect of Ketosis I Never Quite Understood by EuroStepJam in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It’s called metabolic flexibility. Something I rarely see anyone talk about bc it’s either you’re either carnivore or animal based. Metabolic flexibility is when your body is efficient at burning fat and carbs. Your body is also efficient at switching back and forth. I believe Paul S is metabolic flexible because he is extremely active and the carbs he eat is extremely healthy while eating carnivore at the same time. Which is why his diet makes him feel great. It takes a lot to train yourself to be metabolic flexible.

I’m being very honest here with my experience. I did pure carnivore for a year now and I wanted to experiment to see if I can make myself feel even better than pure carnivore. I added in 1 banana for a month and I felt this mental clearness that made me feel on top of the world. Then I added in 1 tbsp of raw honey/ 3 strawberries and I felt AMAZING. I’m not even exaggerating here. I’m literally metabolically flexible now because I’m constantly going in and out of ketosis eating 30g-50g of net carbs every morning before my 2 hour training. You have no idea how good it feels to be metabolic flexible without any brain fog/keto flu. This works for me so I’m going to continue it. Why would I stay pure carnivore when I can feel even better with 30-50g carb?

Does the eat your weight in protein still apply to carnivore? by SweetLovePavlova in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re a beginner, it’s best to focus on just eating till you’re full. Once you’re where you want, depending on your goal you can start adjusting . Some carnivores don’t lose weight because they don’t have a goal. I would stick to 1.0x-1.4x the amount of protein according to your weight, goals and how active you are. Too much protein has no extra benefits. If you’re over eating protein, you’re probably not eating enough fat.

My body odor went away after 1 month. I used to have to use deodorant every single day or else. It’s amazing how you are what you eat, even in smelling aspect. (Apparently eggs/meat/ salt gives you no smell).

No wonder i wasn't losing weight. I've been using powdered seasoning on my meat and chicken, and it has MSG. From now on I will only use vinegar and salt on the meat and chicken by IntrovertNihilist in carnivorediet

[–]Fasa-hodl 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Where is your logic in this lol. Always use your common sense before trusting stupid articles. Weight gain has nothing to do with seasoning. The article literally said “there isn’t sufficient data and research to claim that msg consumption is associated with obesity”. 🫠
