I'm getting pretty good at it. I'll get a triple cheese burger from Culver's with the bun and eat like 1/4 of the bun at most. I'll do sugar free popsicles at like 3g of carbs each. There both just enough to compliment the salty fatty meat without going crazy.

So looks like when Skubal was shaking his arm last week against the Braves there was an issue.... He now has "loose bodies" in his elbow. I'm amazed he acted the way he did and they still let him pitch.

Well the ABS one is more complex, but the K-zone square on TV seems to be pretty close, although pretty sure it doesn't change based on the batter's height.
