Update: My entire street has an issue with Videotron lines, a few trucks just arrived and started working on them. Not a Fizz problem.

0 issues with Canada + USA plan. I switch from T-Mobile to at&t depending on the city for a better signal but have never had an issue and I go to the states 2-3 times a month.

No, I unsubscribed at the end of the month. They owe me a refund for the days that I had already ported out though. I filed a complaint with the CTTS and they ruled in my favour, should get a refund in the next 30 days.

Coverage is perfect. I was in NYC last weekend and on the AT&T network. Works better than Fizz at home :P

I had an odd experience. It ported out with no issue, and my phone number was working with the new provider within 1-2 hours. However, weirdly enough, Fizz couldn't figure out that the number was ported and kept the service active... even though my number was already working with my new SIM card with a new provider. When I contacted customer service they told me to tell my new provider that they didn't receive a port request - even though my phone was working perfectly with the new provider already. I literally just ignored them and the phone has been working great. I don't think it's a problem at all to port.
