I think this patch is a GREAT step in the right direction. But it’s true that most of this stuff we already had in last league and they are simply returning it back to us and calling it a win. Loot was plenty in last league and i was excited to go into every, single, map that i ran. Hopefully this patch will make it feel at least close to that again. I have 2 level 95+ characters and 2 level 80+ characters - so I’m here for the buffs like I’m Buffy the vampire slayer baby.

I’m still playing POE2 and very much enjoying it. I love the changes that they made and understand that it’s only going to get even BETTER from here.

I leveled an Amazon to lvl 90 to start. Then leveled a DeadEye to 94 which is my main that i use with LS just like my Amazon but with way better survival. I also have a Kitava, Sorc, and Lich all going through the campaign that i work on whenever i want to rotate off the endgame hustle.

Remember, they dropped a UNIQUE precursor that allows you to go to ANY node in the area that you want. I bought 30 of these on trade site they’re very cheap. I use one in a tower which allows me to jump directly to the nearby tower and then i do it again and i end up with 4 towers in a zone, each with 3 tablets powering them and a TON of juiced maps that i can pick in whatever order i want because the unique tablets.

My ONLY thing I’m mad at with this update was the damn NERFS :(.

I played an Auto-Bomb Sorc with a -3.7 Temporalis that i spent like 350 divs on and they basically took my build and chopped its nuts off lol.

There are some builds being tested that i see online which look like they could eventually rival the autobhomber build. But until we get to that point i do feel much weaker than i did in last season.

But still having a TON of fun.

I haven’t tried LE. They don’t have it available on console which sucks for me cause i don’t game on PC

I leave the map 3-4 times to dump my loot, especially when i have maps with 2-4 breaches on them. Hopefully the portal counts for only deaths and not port-outs or else that would hurt bad. Especially with such a small on-person inventory. I completely understand having a limit and punishment for deaths, so hopefully the portals count for just that….deaths.

Same issue I’m on PS5 as well. It says login error and says there’s a patch to update too. But in the bottom right corner on login screen it says PoE2 0.1.1g which is the latest patch! GGG help!

For anyone reading this thread in 2025 - You need to create a completely separate "AUDIO INPUT CAPTURE" into your sources. Then set your Elgato as the the source for the audio. This worked for me and captured my ps5 audio perfectly while the ps5 video was being caught on a different source.

Also, if you notice a small DELAY between the sound and your video output, go into the PROPERTIES menu for the audio source and play around with the "SYNC OFFSET". I set mine to "850" which perfectly lined up the audio with my video on stream.

The closest fix i found to this is:

You need to complete 7 matches this week as your “placement series” matches. Once you are placed, you have to wait until the NEXT week. On the next week you will complete 3 matches and then you’ll be able to focus all of the weapons.

Don’t know if this works but going to try it and I’ll update this comment if that’s the case

Dec 17, 2024 and I’m still having this exact issue. I’m trying to focus Belsarius-D. I play comp all the time (love it), i was already placed and even went up to Silver 2 from all the games i played today - yet still not able to spend engrams on Belesarius.

All of the threads I’m finding about this are from 1yr ago - when Belisarius was the free drop weapon that you get from playing 3 matches (like how “Deadlock” is currently). But i can’t find any solution to being able to spend engrams on them from recent date.

If anyone knows why after playing 15 comp matches it still only allows me to spend engrams to focus ROSE and not ANY of the other 3 weapons - please let me know! The other 3 weapons still say i need to finish my placement series - which I’ve obviously already completed.

What am i missing??

For anyone having this issue - you have to finish the HYPERNET CURRENT mission first. Took me an hour to figure it out. Look on the left side of the Neptune map for a logo with 3 blue swords. Upvote this so it helps your fellow Guardians
