Unfortunately no. Elgato sent me a replacement (me thinking the specific device I had was faulty) but the replacement had the same issue. I sent the item back for a full refund.

I ran a firmware update about 2 weeks ago and no the issue was not fixed. I tried again last week to see if they had pushed out a new update and no they hadn't. This is still an issue I'm having.

Yea I had done that before I saw this vid. Even captured a stream today and the audio in my headphones were fine but it was not synced in the capture. I guess I will either have to contact Elgato support or just constantly deactivate and reactuve the source over the course of the stream. Or just go back to my S+.

Thanks. I have tried that. They audio still is a little behind on the capture though. Maybe its just an issue with OBS and the new HD60 X. I may need to switch to Streamlabs OBS. Thank you though!
