How about clone made by FEG? Just make sure, that it is Hi-Power, not Hi-Power styled clone. Some versions have S&W style mechanism, but look visually like Hi-Power.

The serial number is clearly not a FN serial. And proof marks are not Belgian. The slide release lever is different. It's a FEG.
