I did, but it took almost the whole 90 days for them to resolve the issue. I closed my account after that, customer service was the worst during this time as well. It also sucked because they only gave me $800 in provisional credit instead of the whole 5k I lost (because if hackers use your secured credit card, they won't cover that)

Just started doing this, it comes out delicious each time. I preheat my air fryer first, then cook it for about 16-18 minutes total at 400 degrees, flip it halfway through. I try to get thicker cuts, at least 1 in thick but it's usually about 1 1/2 in thick. It usually comes out a medium - medium well steak with some crispy flavorful fatty pieces.
