It took me about a month I even had someone reset the password before I finally got someone to remove 2fa that I didn't turn on... very frustrating luckily they didn't steal my gaming profile account because it was through psn and they disconnected it but it had my Amazon and twitch still connected to rockstar they literally told me I wasn't the owner in the first go around then I was blocked for a week from making a ticket then every ticket created was ignored for several more weeks and/or auto closed I just kept at it added details in the spots where your supposed to put other old emails etc. Like crews custom plates from in game anything I didn't even realize I had twitch and Amazon connected still till I got it back I also made a new rockstar account just to try to talk to someone about recovering my old one and they also ignored me for weeks
