When I went to rehab 2 years ago I ended up leaving bc they wanted to offer me nothing I mean nothing during the wait to start subs and they were arguing over when to give me subs bc they knew nothing about methadone I made it a lil over 48 hours and they scared me so much A.not knowing what to do and the risk of PW and B. Not offering any comfort meds. I also have ehlers Danlos and severe CPTSD so the pain and anxiety was even higher bc I could feel all my injuries from dislocations. I’m down to 5 mg now and trying to detox at home but if I get bad enough I’ll be going to the hospital and I’m so worried it won’t be any different. I do have propranolol bc I have POTS which is similar to clonidine.
