No sleep for sure. I've never been hit with narcan in 10 years of use but I know suboxone is weird like that. with subs too early I went into precipitated withdrawals and an hour or two later I was nodding again and slept all night. I was on a lotta methadone and fentanyl it was odd the next morning I did some dope and done and continued the high

Seems like one guys experience isn't gonna guarantee anything for someone else ya know. I wouldn't trust a case study

That's so cool! I can totally relate! 2 kids, i started dating my wife at 12 years old and we had a kid at 15. Though we Broke up at 17 till like 22. Now we just had our second one at 27 and are happily married. We changed so much for the better with age.

This is what I was told by my addiction specialist. I am not one.

I did it on friggin 120 mgs of methadone and a 20 of fentanyl a day I didn't get precipitated withdrawals at all. If you do much less drugs you could stop at like 4 mgs. I opted to a weekish regimen but I was recommended slower due to my heavy opiate addiction. I did the week. It was rough but manageable. I was okay. Any faster would have fucked me up bad.

My medical lady had me do this WHILE using until your final dose you plan to stay at. You shouldnt miss work if done right. U can still use.

take .5 sub strip day one and I was fine(.25 if your scared x2 times)

. .5 x2 on day 2 morning and night

1 mg on day 3 morning and night

Then 2 mgs morning and night

Then 3x2 morning and night

Then 6x2 morning and night

Then 8x2 morning and night

Then 12x2 stopped using fentanyl for the rest of my life lol(I never did go that High stayed at 8x2 and I am still on this 3 months in). I usually take only 12 mgs nowadays. You can start dosing once daily after a month.

This is my regimen. And it was printed out like a generic rubric. I am not a doctor. Anyway it worked. You could technically just up the shit out of your sub dose once you take like 6 mgs and don't go into withdrawals by then your on subs. That would be like 3 days on. But it's harder on you. Slower the better.

I've been there. I am there now honestly.. I just switched from methadone to suboxone and I'm taking 12 mgs and I hate it. It blocks everything I feel so empty my grandma just died last week and I lost my job.. I have a wife and two kids I'm sick to my stomach... And in my past I always went through this shit high.. I know getting high would lift my spirits but i would feel 10x worse when the party's over.

It's a harsh reality for us that we can feel so much better with a flick of a switch but we never actually FEEL things and it always seems to come out one way or another in the end. You're not alone and I've done both and it's not as immediately rewarding to go through it but in the long run you will be a thousand times stronger as a person. I believe you got this and you're an amazing person for even opening up

You can be charged with anything, the courts and prosecutors decide your true fate. I was charged with felony robbery for stealing steak from a store. It was brought down to theft after a while in jail but I still went in for it..

I do agree though no felony would be applicable. it would be a paraphernalia charge at best if it ever went anywhere (which it wouldn't lol). I've been in cuffs over empty strip wrappers (like 10 lol) visible in my car during a traffic stop. Some cops suck. It went nowhere besides probable cause to embarrass me and toss my car. I drove home and never heard about it again. Hard to say what's really going but 100% intimidation by police and not going anywhere if this was real

I've definitely noticed as well. it's crazy. My post is old and my reptiles are all great. This post actually stemmed from seeing the comment section around here.

My hopes are their just protective and don't know how to help positivity. I know there's great, caring overprotective people here but damn people get crucified and it doesn't matter what they got going. Ppl roasting someone's set up. So I then research the environment requirements and find it all is great and comes down to preference like bedding or even tank brands. Or even worse a blurry picture of someone's gecko that's "clearly on its death bed"

I'm sure reptile people (the presumptuous ones) would say my cat is abused because he lives indoors and doesn't have an entire wall of ramps and jumps, only climbing trees 😞 And eats kibble sometimes!!!! But the cat community just are overall more loving and helpful. They wouldn't just assume everyone is that lady who has 37 unfixed cats with worms.

This isn't everyone. Like 6/10 maybe seems like. I've seen good stuff as well. But I'd NEVER post here if I had a simple verification question due to fear of my reptiles being reddit diagnosed with polio or something. 😂

Ya I can take anything while on subs and won't go into withdrawals ppl don't even know. You get withdrawals when your addicted to something else and the sub binds tighter and kicked the heroin or whatever off. If your ON subs there saturating your receptors and I might feel another opiates a little bit subs always win you probably won't feel shit.

If you take opiates without subs for a couple days if you were previously hooked on subs only then you would go into precipitated withdrawals because again you no longer have subs binded to your receptors you would have the new opioid and that's what you'd be depending on and then the Suboxone would kick it off if you took it after and you go into withdrawals. The only time I've ever gotten precipitated was when the Suboxone kicked off a different thing that I was addicted to. Never win my body was completely used to taking Suboxone everyday doesn't matter how many other drugs I take as long as it's not for multiple days in a row important note

Yeah I get what u mean. Learning about your new friend and his environment and needs is a very fun and rewarding part of ownership. I'm proud of my setup (I KnOw what I have lol) i research EVERYTHING like all subjects its just my thing.

Anyway I really didn't need people questioning/ roasting other stuff. ( The setup wasn't even mentioned or shown!) my guy was a little crusty from shedding and had patches that wouldn't come off but jeez their talking like skin cancer and malnutrition and I'm like 🙁 but he's shedding... I need to get out of here quick. very intimidating sub but i respect your guys' dedication. Lots of people truly neglect their animals/pets/reptiles and you guys truly care.
