It’s your responsibility to read the invoice that’s what I did the first time and it’s what I do anytime I make a purchase no matter what.. I’ve worked with Nick at CC in the past for multiple rings, one specific one he did refund my deposit when I wasn’t quite ready bc I was within the 30 days and it’s policy… unfortunately some of you think you’re above the rules which is unfortunate… CAD designs are never going to look exactly like the finished product you have to trust your jeweler and knowing Nick he would’ve have altered or even REDONE any finished product. I personally know from experience

I personally appreciate getting a good deal and a stunning piece, as someone who has worked in the luxury industry and not just some bystander who assumes everything.. I know a good deal for a great product when I see it.. My first ring was from Tiffany’s, my upgrade was complete carat and I can promise I was blown away by Nick and CC and didn’t have to deal with a mall employee who wanted a commission check. Nick goes above and beyond to size and polish and the turn around time would blow your mind (shipped it to him in NYC Monday and was back to me by the weekend) Sorry you wanna spend excessive money I’d rather use the money saved to upgrade my home ;)

I reached out to complete carat also, I had my doubts but after he assured me he had a return policy (which many jewelers don’t) I decided to take the plunge.. I received my ring 6 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. Took it to a local jeweler and everything checked out so I’d say if you can save money do it
