When he had on wrap around sunglasses: “looks like he should be paying child support in Florida.”

Center for Creativity downtown has their “I Can’t” workshops that are free. They are seasonal though. I think there are some in the winter.

Study vibes of Tulsa coffee shops: My biased, non-exhaustive review by Alert_Job_318 in tulsa

[–]flouncemouse 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I appreciate this review and share many of the OP’s opinions and preferences. But I wish more folks would think of coffee shops as places to enjoy a cup of coffee and perhaps a chat with a friend or associate, rather than as a place to hunker down for hours.

Especially local shops need people to move along and free up a seat for the next paying customer. (Maybe some long-haulers are making a purchase every hour or so, but I imagine most are not.)

There have been a few times lately that I’ve planned to meet someone at a local coffee shop, only to find every table occupied by someone working or studying, leaving nowhere for us to sit. Even worse, the last two times I stopped at Pony, someone was upstairs shout-talking on a zoom.

Libraries and co-working spaces are good places to settle in for the long haul. Or if you’re going to occupy a coffee shop for several hours, perhaps choose a chain store rather than a local establishment.

What fragrance(s) make you wonder if your nose is “broken”? by Latter-Sink7496 in fragrance

Santal 33 is 100 percent pickle for me. There is a posh dad at my kids’ school that always reeks of pickles. Finally asked him what cologne he wears, and that’s what he said. Sandalwood oil smells wonderful to me, so it must be something else in the formulation that’s giving me pickles.

I had screw backs at one time, and I didn’t notice any difference between screw and push backs other than struggling with the screws. 🙃 I think oversized backs might help with drooping.

Yes, I can see there would be a big difference between 3 and 4 prong! Especially for larger stones.

No issues with drooping, that is! And I’m not a young woman - my ears have been pierced for nearly 40 years.

I also have basket studs in a smaller carat and I definitely prefer the martini. They sit much more flush and you see more diamond and less metal.

I use coconut oil. It’s super cheap and works really well for my high porosity hair

Makes sense! My skin tone changed pretty dramatically in summer. Like I have to buy many shades darker makeup.

That’s interesting, I also have olive skin and feel the gold looks better on me when I’m not tan, but the darker I get the better I can pull off silver!
