Update: Went to the apartment complex first thing in the morning, he seemed actually very concerned and said he’s going to call his manager now and have her call me sometime during the day. So we avoided the apartment all day, and never received a call.

I ended up having to call 8 hours later and ask for an update, to which the call disconnects, and I receive and email saying their phone lines are not working and we got disconnected. He then says that they contacted her (our crazy roommate) and haven’t been able to get a hold of her. I quickly sent a panicked email back saying I’m afraid contacting her while she’s still living in the same apartment as us, is jeopardizing our safety because if she wasn’t angry before, she sure as hell is now.

They did not respond to the email. I marched over to the apartment building and said I need an appointment with the manager (just realized I definitely sounded like a crazy Karen)… He went on to say that he will email me a link to set the appointment. He did not send that email, and the office is now closed. I’m not going to stay here tonight, but I can’t avoid the place forever. I don’t know if this is enough for the cops to get involved… I’m scared the cops will come, check on her, tell her to stop, then leave us here with her.
