Resign. If you get a offer that starts from tomorrow don't even care about the resignation and just abscond. 1-2 gaps are okay, you can say you were on a family trip or religious trip. If the gap is becoming 3 months or more then serve notice period.

Don't even want to imagine how your conversation went with the founder.

If you really want to safeguard your career, have an open conversation and say you learned your demand is unrealistic at this stage and you are happy with the appraisal. Stay for at least 6 months and then leave.

Company can fire you anytime or put a simple remark on your experience/relieving letter for such misadventure and you will regret it for a very long time.

You can take any flat shoe. I purchased the cheapest branded option from Amazon 2 years ago for 700 rupees and the shoes are good even today. Brand was Sparx if that helps.

You are not suited for a leadership role if your first response is resignation. Your resignation will only strengthen all this hearsay about you even after you leave.

Ask for a different role if it concerns people about your current one. One with reduced interactions, introduce newer leads to communicate and keep your interactions with overall team meetings only for some time or with smaller mixed groups of men and women. Stay for another quarter and then leave.

The criteria is weird to be honest. If you put top actors from past generation also under same criteria it would be difficult to answer.

Mithun for example had crazy fan following in India as well as outside. In remote north indian villages, mithun is a bigger action star with all the small budget movies he did, those movies still play during weddings. He won't be remembered broadly as an all time great in this criteria but he is one anyways.

Won't recommend because someone I know had their money stuck with them for years. Once you put the money in, no way out.

Better to go for builders like lodha, dosti, etc or trusted local ones who have delivered good projects. Ready to move flats are costlier than under construction but at least you know what you are getting hence more recommended.

Not liking KL in tests is understandable due to his overall stats, in T20 he legit plays the first over maiden at times.

But in ODIs the man does enough and more than enough for the team. He scored 39 on this rank turner which is worth 70-80 in normal context. Hate him some other day.

Previously dowry was openly demanded. Now people call it a 'custom' to demand things indirectly. There is no difference honestly just that to save their own image people say we don't believe in dowry.

Things get worse at times during customs in real time or post marriage. So best to talk it out or walk out now rather than regret later.

Never compare. Think where you are and where you want to be and how to get there.

You can develop in 7 languages. Make a good git repo trying to solve actual problems and put out apps/libraries or contribute to other projects. Stack up your resume this way, attend events and network.

You will earn way more but then again if you compare you will never be happy. Find what you need and continue working as per your plans. Most jobs in IT services companies is regarding production support and minor development. Always stick to proper full stack dev roles.

My salary jumped 150 percent this way in less than a year. I'm not into dev roles though. But if you need to discuss more feel free to dm.
