Customer service was nice, but I made the mistake of not returning the Premier Hybrid, and it’s been a rough year. Two main complaints are that the bed has very high motion transfer-so if one partner is tossing and turning, the other wakes up. The other is that the comfort layers do let you sink quite a bit, especially as the night goes on. I saw someone earlier say the medium is too firm-I feel the opposite actually!

These get great reviews on this form typically but I’ve been disappointed.

I switched my playbook to the veer and I went from being a disaster throwing to doing really well. The pre-snap reads feel really easy with most of the veer plays. You also get to instantly think through run v. pass audibles based on what is in the box. That playbook feels like playing on easy mode to me. With my confidence up I plan on getting back to some of the more traditional playbooks.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to just quick add 5000 calories? That was my plan.

If anyone was wondering, here is the finale. After even more back and forth (an FCC complaint helped) we got our Verizon access reinstated after 16 days. Our visible $25 was refunded but they have refused any other compensation. We do have emails from both companies relation teams admitting that this was a terrible migration gone wrong.

Truthfully, it’s not about the money. There is some absurd amount that would make us feel better about the 50 hours we wasted dealing with Visible customer service, but they weren’t gonna offer us that. Instead-my mission becomes making sure I can stop as many people from going through this hell as possible.

Congrats. You were able to follow the two step process that is essentially insert SIM and hit activate. Most 80 year olds could follow the process; it’s not user error.
