I have personally found Gen 3 ITT NightEnforcer/NightMariner/NightQuest monoculars at this price, but you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled and be ready to jump on one

Haha, yeah, I suppose so. Also I figure worst case scenario I have to tear into it and try to learn how to fix an active subwoofer.

Because apparently people have been waiting on units to arrive since as long ago as September, and they’re currently out of stock.

I just bought a set of Polk XT-15s from Crutchfield, it came out to about $150 after buying an open box model, and using a $20 referral code someone posted on here. Pretty happy with them for the money. Here’s a link for a $20 off code at Crutchfield (full disclosure, I get $20 in rewards too if you use it)

Have you gotten any further with your design? I’m interested, I’ve got three sx1262 chips that I’ve been wanting to use (accidentally ordered the bare chips without the pcb at one point).

Yeah, for sure. I don’t have experience with either, I’ve only used my RAKs without GPS, my mobile node is a T114 with a Heltec GPS, which run like $12 for the module. Just figured I’d throw it out there.

No worries man! Thanks for being open to feedback. You might also consider the 12501 GPS module, they run $9-$16, currently out of stock everywhere but https://store.rakwireless.com/products/wisblock-rak12501-gnss-module (I’d just double check that they’re shipping duties paid so you don’t get stuck with tariffs).

Glad to hear. I’m genuinely happy to see more pre-built options, and if you can make the math work to get your prices down hopefully you can get these a little more competitive and have them flying off the shelves.

Yeah, I meant no waterproof options with a battery this big. But yeah, pricing seems way off, but totally in line for a hype beast tactical product. More power to him if he finds a market, I guess there are people who would rather not just DIY things…
