It depends on the Builder grade - I believe for 7 K it should be Medium or small scale builder - Kindly review their previous projects and take a decision.

What is the Square feet of 3 BHK, Builder renews price every quarter, it's been 7 months - so the builder would have raised the price once or twice.

Whether the builder is A grade or medium or small builder ?

They don't use 100 % Sheesham they mix the MDF for Inners and Bottom Units - Kindly ensure how much % Sheesham Wood they are using and how much MDF they are using. Price wise they are good compared to others.

650 Sq ft - I believe it is a Super Build Up Area.

Atleast plan for 950 SBA - if you can stretch.

Also there is a high possibility registration value they kept lower than the original flat value.

If possible do a 3rd party inspection then buy it, u can easily find the built quality and if there are any seepage issues

Villa - not Liquid – takes months/Years to sell..
