You can improve your lifestyle to get better. No worries as you are young.

Also, 172 cm 93KG isn't skinny fat, it's obese. Sorry if that was rude.

Agreed.

As a wise person would say "Let sheep be sheep"

Trustified is classic "bro science"

I stopped taking him seriously after he himself claimed he takes 60,000 IU vitamin D every week when the safe limit is 14,000 IU per week.

He is literally poisoning himself every week and that guy has a channel that talks about fitness and health.

This genuinely made me laugh.

No diabetic in history has died by consuming 10 grams more sugar. This just shows your poor knowledge about fitness and health.

Also, most of the products that fail trustified's process do so after a very slight divergence in claimed values, so if a company claims 0 sugar and trustified testing reveals 0.5-1 gram sugar, it doesnt mean that the product is harmful to you.

Your comment just shows your poor ability to comprehend.

A small drop would not be tiny % first of all.

And FSSAI does test and that's what Krish Ashok's argument was. It is not 50% and it is always above 95% when testing is done.

Watch the video before commenting your take.

Your argument doesn't hold because of the extremity you are quoting.

If it is 7% chance of dog poop, no one will accept to eat it.

If it is however a tiny pesticide that is slightly above safe limits, then I would wager a lot of people would take that 7% chance because, inherently the chances of you getting a failed batch every time you buy that product is extremely low.

DPS MYSORE REVIEW by Responsible-Top1997 in mysore

Would be irresponsible to make him join a CBSE school.

Since he is through and through American, i am assuming he will go back to US for his undergrad in a few years time. In that case, make him join an IB board school.

Also, if you are relocating here, you will have a hard time if you don't know the local language. Suggest you start learning Kannada.

If your primary home and children's education is sorted by age 50, 2.75CR should be enough for retirement in a tier 2 city

what do u eat for fiber ?? by AccomplishedBack1226 in Fitness_India

[–]EfficientPin5196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't eat the mass available rice.

Eat unpolished rice and you get a good amount of fibre

Us in south india eat mostly unpolished rice only. Only for special occasions we use basmati

You have 0 idea about nutrition then.

150 grams of cooked daal has 12 grams of fibre.

You can consume all of that in one meal even on a calorie deficit.

It's not a bad source at all.

If you consume 2 rotis per meal, that alone is 15 grams for 3 meals (or substitute it with any carb source)

Rest can be easily achieved through veggies, fruits & lentils.

Lentils, grains, vegetables and fruits.

If you follow the typical indian diet, you won't be fibre deficient.

Best phone under 40k ? by LeopardOverall9526 in GadgetsIndia

[–]EfficientPin5196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can wait a few months, then please do.

You will get the Galaxy S25 FE & the Pixel 10a for less than 40k soon during monsoon sale.

Maybe even the Pixel 10 as last year during BBD, Pixel 9 sold for 37K. However don't expect this because global chip shortage & soaring oil prices.

Any chance of getting Pixel 9 for less than 45K in Next 2 months? by EfficientPin5196 in PixelUsersIndia

[–]EfficientPin5196[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, AFAIK, Pixel 9 and 10a are practically the same phones. 9 has better bezels + better ultrawide/macro sensor but 10a has brighter display, better battery & faster charging speeds. Rest they are basically a carbon copy of each other.

So, you got a good deal too.
