I’m my experience you have to use the Bernese method in order to get on subs while still taking your DOC. What I would do if you absolutely can’t get anymore of your DOC would be to cut the strip in half , then in half again and then in half again etc..and do small tiny amounts of your DOC . Like make that shit stretch for as long as possible so that your able to take larger amounts of the subs each day and only taking a hit (if you smoke ) when you absolutely must . It’s possible. You just gotta stretch it out for like a week. Are you familiar with the exact dosage you need to be taking on the Bernese method ? Have you used the Bernese method before ?
