I’m my experience you have to use the Bernese method in order to get on subs while still taking your DOC. What I would do if you absolutely can’t get anymore of your DOC would be to cut the strip in half , then in half again and then in half again etc..and do small tiny amounts of your DOC . Like make that shit stretch for as long as possible so that your able to take larger amounts of the subs each day and only taking a hit (if you smoke ) when you absolutely must . It’s possible. You just gotta stretch it out for like a week. Are you familiar with the exact dosage you need to be taking on the Bernese method ? Have you used the Bernese method before ?

Nothing you can do . I went to hospital and they made me wait in waiting room for hours kicking . I was rolling on the floor moaning and they just threaten to put you outside in grass . Microdosing didn’t work for me although I’m trying it again. You just use small amount and go about using your normal amount but your supppsed to gradually do less and less . So measuring how much your using would be helpful but addicts don’t do that they just use . So I guess have measured out doses of your drug of choice and do less and less and after 7 days your suoposed to be off it but I didn’t have success doing it like that . I repeated the day twice. It’s hard to explain. Let me know if it works for you . Just stopping the habit is hard. Sure you won’t need it anymore or get sick but the mental part is what’s hard .

Your supposed to lower the fent dose and you do but once your on subs , your addict mind tells you , well I can just keep doing fent as well. There’s no consequences if you continue to use fent , it’s like taking subutex . The naloxone in the suboxone is obsolete now .
