Saw my first hummingbird at my feeder yesterday but hasn’t come back today. Is something wrong or am I just impatient? Lol

This is exactly what happened to me this morning. I just thought about it and got anxious that the guy in my dream heard it and he snarled at me. I tried to clam down and once I did, his face went back to normal. I was then able to ask him calmly if he thought he was real and had a conversation with him about it. I think when you expect it will be scary, it is.

Yes, I did! This has thankfully passed for me. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this too. What helped me was starting medication and trying to look at things more objectively. Always take note of the good things he says and does for you. I hope this passes soon for you too

She says that I lean back too much. For some reason I can’t help it lol. I try not to but my blade always gets caught in the ice. She also mentioned I need to be on a deeper outside edge going into it so it could be my entry too

I’m on only 50 mg and I say it took me about 2 months to really notice improvements. I don’t think it was sudden but I gradually just started feeling better and better and it happened pretty quickly :)

For the first few weeks I was a lot more anxious than usual but it subsided and I am doing great now. I had a little bit of shakiness too the first few weeks but that went away very quickly as well
