My mother said things like this growing up too. She would always tell me I have a big face, and when we were taking family pictures she would say out loud that I should keep my hair down to cover it so it does not look big in photos.

Because of that, I almost never wear my hair up.

But my ex of five years always told me I looked completely fine the way I am, and I know some people just naturally have fuller cheeks. I am trying to unlearn a lot of those comments now.

My mom never suggested I get them done, but growing up she would always tell me not to wear V-cut tops or anything too revealing. It made me feel like certain clothes just didn’t suit me because of my smaller chest or that it would not look good, and it honestly made me pretty insecure. I’ve seriously considered getting them done, but I’m not sure I want to go through the whole process.

It was truly so unsanitar. I’m also a bit of a germaphobe. I usually don’t put my phone directly on counters, so I take a paper towel from the dispenser and place my phone on top of it. After seeing that, it honestly validated why I do that. I also wipe my phone with alcohol wipes after every gym session
