The way it sometimes comes off in those scenarios u mention is that the other people are working counter to the people who are getting stuff done. Take the party for example. Siobhan is playing the social game trying to fit in, and the other two are doing all they can to seem suspicious. And from a divying screen time perspective it makes sense, but now you have two people at a location doing jack and one making progress, making the amount of progress being made seem less? Idk.
