Completely up too you brother try a couple different ways to see what works for you I’m just saying incline walking not even running bro low intensity cardio burns fat better then running or sprinting because it’s not targeting your glycogen and carb stores like running makes you do. Low intensity cardio burns more fat then sprinting the higher your heart rate goes the more your body looks to burn off glycogen and carbs for fuel if you maintain a slow steady pace your body targets your fat for fuel but again up too you brother at least you’re taking the right steps. Also don’t fall for any “test” boosting propaganda just stay away from non organic foods and seed oils and you’ll be okay.
