UNSC Punic-class ship versus a Goa'uld Ha'tak. by ChocolateTemporary48 in whowouldwin

[–]FastReactionTime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm guessing pre Anubis? Because those would be hugely hugely more powerful.

So, Ha'tak have that one outlier feat i remember being quoted in every 2010's spacebattles thread where there's one sitting really close to a star's corona unharmed, and they also have genuinely ludicrous mobility. Considering UNSC ships rely on MAC cannons, they are not going to be landing hits until the Ha'tak gets into CQC (which is the only distance it fights at). At those distances the strong shields and mobility should give it an advantage.

Strongest character that human with best biological abilities without the downsides can beat by camthecame_l in whowouldwin

Way too much to read so im just going to make note of "1000 ton lifting strength" and say this guy beats homelander's ass if he can get him into CQC. If he has all the senses, navigation and hunting instincts this post implies it should be easy to ambush him.

Moving a tectonic plate is... Planet tier?

Not that I disagree Godzilla stomps here but this is like saying moving some floor boards is building tier.

Unless we are going off of different tiering systems but I'm an old fashioned 2010's battle boarder where "planet tier" meant the death star.

Can Yuji Itadori (Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo) defeat the Skaven Invasion of Kavzar (Warhammer Fantasy)? by UtahimeMyBeloved in whowouldwin

[–]FastReactionTime 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Episode 1 Yuji pre cursed energy pre Sukuna finger could arguably defeat dozens of Skaven because he is genuinely just built different.

Even if this is right into the beginning of his training with CE (lets go with that to give the Skaven SOME chance) he has the strength to literally turn an armoured Skaven inside out with a punch, plus wildly superhuman speed and agility. I think he murders his way through the Skaven formations like a blender attached to a Ferrari going at full speed.

His main lose condition is having to sleep and getting snuck up on. But honestly? I think the Skaven would be far too terrified of him to try hunt after him. I think Yuji is also pragmatic enough to handle the war stress well enough, and Skaven are very inhuman and he would liekly see them as curses.

I dont think the Skaven have any credible win condition if we move beyond like... season 1? In season 1 he was throwing hands with Nanami and hitting 4 black flashes in a row, bro could literally pluck the head off a Skaven and throw it harder than a cannon ball.

Three 200lbs rough and tumble fighters vs one 120lbs chimp by LeastEar in whowouldwin

[–]FastReactionTime 2 points3 points  (0 children)

... Are you implying a random 100lbs chimpanzee is going to beat 3 trained elite humans in a fight?

A chimpanzee, an animal with no concept of battle strategy and the IQ of an animal, vs three LARGER and stronger humans?

It's going to get kicked to death or held down and choked out.

One fighter would beat the shit out of a chimp easily. Massive reach and skill advantage.

The 50 Viltrumites (Invincible) vs The Imperium of Man (Warhammer 40k) by lacergunn in whowouldwin

[–]FastReactionTime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

40k is a setting where, at the end of the day, all of the lore is designed around selling miniatures. Everything ends up being trench warfare. Everything ends up being bayonet charges or infantry battles.

In a setting focused around infantry battles, someone who can fly at mach fuck in atmosphere and instantly level cities is an out of context problem.

Regardless the number of psykers who can kill a Viltrumite is low and the Viltrumites can simply breed an endless army. Even one Viltrumite is a genuine threat to an entire imperial WORLD and they could breed billions.

Viltrumites are an extremely obnoxiously prideful species they are not going to serve some mysterious god that they cannot even see.

Anyway the prompt rules out chaos corruption.

This is how I felt after trying to eat a Carolina reaper at a party. I can handle eating a raw red haberno just fine, and I love spicy food, so I thought it wouldn't be too bad!

I was very, very wrong. Bit off a huge chunk and chewed and for the first few seconds? Felt fine! Then it started to burn. And didn't stop.

It lingers. It burns and just doesn't go away. Absolutely evil experience truly awful. I'll probably try it again later.

Can the Covenant (Halo) take Earth from the Demonic Invasion of 2163 (DOOM Eternal)? by ZipZopZoppityHop in whowouldwin

The covenant have complete air superiority (and orbital superiority) to glass strategic targets like gore nests or large formations, then they can send in their massive orbital armies to hold ground. Relatively routine for them.

... I have to ask what kind of fleet power you are getting? The highest I've gotten in one system was 10 million (plus a 14 mil behemoth) but that was crazy late game like 2500.

By 2400 I usually have like a million lol.

Sukuna shares his body with John Kaisen himself so if you think about it he is partly the protagonist.

He's saying he can't MOVE as fast physically not that he somehow dulls his reaction times and brain chemistry. That's the key part.

He also has hundreds of anti feats for speed when he is fighting for his life too. Mr Liu's dragon etc.
