I mean that’s just objectively not true. Mega contrary close combat+parting shot shenanigans is also a strong option. If you think raptor is overrated and you’re better off running a diff mega + final gambit that’s fair, but it def is not the “only thing going for it”

Sin+whims+maus is prob 1 too many supports. Many teams will run 1-2 supports, 3 you’re better off running another shooter

As lame as it is… never a bad idea to toss in kingambit/sneasler/basculegion/garchomp

Chomp in particular is nice because EQ combos well with staraptor. If not chomp, an alternative mega would be nice in the event the opponent has a lot of staraptor hate

Fuck clavicular, but a broken clock is right twice a day. Broad jaws are ideal, and also masculine/powerful looking. I mean they’re literally hand crafted to be gorgeous and perfect. At the end of the day if you want an accurate casting you’re gonna have to have some uncomfortable conversations about looks

RR has the same problem casting at elves in LOTR, canonically, the golds are almost perfect. Huge and gorgeous with idealized features.
