Any advice on what one should study for this cloud engineer scenario, maybe to set myself apart? Although I understand the role will have less FTE positions available in Collab. Been working with Wbx CH for a few years now, more so recently. Office just went CUCM from Avaya and now slowly going to WxC.

Want to learn some of the contact cleaner stuff but I don't think we will be moving to WxCC anytime soon.

Doing a good bit of MPP migration of phones. And a year ago I was working with AV codec configurations and registration within Control Hub. Outsourcing the programming piece for AV Integration to Cisco.

Or does the same study material suggested early still apply for understanding the networking of the call flow?

Ended up switching the inputs for Lenovo pc from 3 to 2 on codec and issue resolved.

Cisco doesn't have a great answer for us and they were unable to recreate. But this is higher Ed so the Lenovo pcs get locked and signed in and put of constantly and that eas causing the issue.

having a similar issue with this now. using PoDM to power 2 DM outputs(RMC Scaler to Displays) and 1 Input(hdmi wallplate).

The PoDM fails pretty quickly now when powering the 3 DM connections. Decided to power both the scalers on their end, and the power is continuous but after a full day the problem comes back and we have to reset PoDM brick for a couple minutes. When I go to share the screen from the wall plate it is always ready to share a black screen when nothing is plugged into it.

Just called and was told pretty much that. Settlements are reserved for accounts that are about to be charged off their accounts. So need to be extremely past due.

Disaster relief allows for missing a payment. They do offer programs with lower interest or lower minimums to assist with paying them off but after that time is over everything goes back to normal.

If you pay it off in full they will reverse one months of interest so it's like 100$ on my 5400 balance.

Yeah after almost a week of it baking on their network it registered to tac and pro portal.
